Who we are

This website (lab.fashionaischool.com, published as AI Creatives) is operated by Fashion AI School, the data controller for personal data collected here. You can reach us at info@fashionaischool.com.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you subscribe to our updates. We also store which page the signup came from and the date.
• Content you submit to the free tools — text and images you enter are sent to our AI provider to produce your result. We do not store your uploads or results.
• Anonymous usage data — which pages and prompts are viewed, copied or shared. This is not linked to you and contains no names, emails or IP-based profiles.
• Technical data — standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To send you the updates you asked for — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• To run the free tools and deliver your result — performance of a service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and understand what content is useful — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site: our hosting and database provider, and the AI provider that processes your tool inputs. They act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Some providers operate outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Tool inputs are processed and discarded. Anonymous usage data is kept in aggregate.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect processing already carried out.

Email info@fashionaischool.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This site is intended for professionals and students aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
